"Best Hotel in Ashtabula. It is fairly new and it is comfortable and clean. Having the bar and breakfast area on the top floor is a nice touch. They did a nice job with the decor, I loved the harbor themes in the artwork. "
"The staff was was excellent and friendly. We had an issue with the heater in one of the rooms and the staff was very quick to fix the problem. They move us to another room with a working heater. "
