"This is a very basic 1960s roadside motel that has been kept up and gently renovated over time. It is family owned and it shows love and care. The rooms are basic but scrupulously clean, and very quiet and comfortable. There is a small microwave, individual coffee maker, and a larger refrigerator/freezer than usual in such units. "Americas Choice Inn is a gem waiting to be found. We’ve travelled through this area for years and didn’t realize it existed. It’s a just off I-8. Check-in went quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming (however the room window needed cleaning) and the tub & sink could have used added attention! The bed was comfy, we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great, plentiful and coffee was good. If you leave hungry, that’s on you! Good value. Great for snowbird...
