"Nice rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Room cleaned each day with clean towels. Bed very comfy. Breakfast decent although quality varied from day to day. Couple of niggles: our room was quite cold (it was 0 degrees outside but the old windows struggled). There is no lift too, so bare that in mind but staff did help get one of our two bags upstairs. It is ideal for travelling with our dog; the staff fuss him, he gets to be with us in the dog-friendly mini dining-room and got his own sausage at breakfast.
