The staff was somewhat helpful although the third night we were there my friend was asked where she was sleeping since the room they gave us ( the best one according to them) was only a three person room even though the reservation was for four!!!!! "This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I checked out after only one night and was not able to get a refund for the other two nights I had booked. Airtel Busan shouldn’t even be listed on Expedia and I am upset that they let a place that is so dilapidated book on their platform. The bathroom was completely covered in black mold, the room is next to a factory which can be heard through earplugs while you try to sleep. NEVER BOOK HERE"
