"My fourth stay during last four months. Yet, the young man in reception couldn’t find my data. Well, no big deal. As always nice comfy room with all necessities, as well as an excellent location. I was in a hurry to my meeting so I didn’t visit the bathroom until late when I returned to the hotel. "Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"I was surprised by an unexpected 10-euro charge for the shuttle back to the airport. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before, and I’ve never experienced something like this. I assumed that a shuttle service would be included or at least provided for free, but apparently, this hotel charges for it."

"Charming place. Authentic European experience. No frills (no coffee machine or shampoo, etc) but good clean room in a classic old building 😁 don’t think there was AC; it got a bit warm but was ok. Breakfast did not disappoint … lavish spread and excellent coffee options in the lobby!! There’s no staff available in the evenings. Paid for parking in adjacent garage and that worked well. It’s on a one-way street and took me awhile to find it. It’s tucked in a residential street.. very close to...
