"The property is neat and clean on the first day, but if you are staying more than one day, you have to stay in the dirty room with no housekeeping. No Bin, no iron, no table, no hair dryer, no microwave for the food; the photo on the website for breakfast is fake, and the view is not real apart from the lounge. 1947 old style TV, not internet is working; if you are paying $1000 for two nights, then its not worth while, host is nice, but amenities are below average."

"We loved staying in 'The Suite'. It was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated, with the most amazing views from every window. Lying in bed in the morning looking out at the rolling green hills and watching the baby sheep play was a highlight, as was the outside fire in the chiminea one evening. So relaxing, and the hosts were very attentive and responsive to any of our queries, and we loved all the little touches around the room. We'd definitely be happy to go back! "

"We loved the little cottage, clean air and nature. Our teenage children were very pleased with wifi and netflix. I didn't think there was a shower so it was a lovely surprise. Friendly hosts and only 15 minute drive to Yarram. Great place to stay if you want to get away and relax or to visit Tarra Bulga and Port Albert, etc."

"Being only a short 5 minute walk to the beach, this property has everything you'd want in a family getaway. Close to the shops and only minutes drive from all the close natural attractions like The Caves, Eagles We loved our stay amazing rock pools, this is a perfect place to use as a base. The only downside was that the huge yard needed a big tidy up, as there was hard rubbish in multiple areas that should be cleared out for saftey and aesthetic reasons. For over $300 a night, I would expect at least the bins to be emptied and some fresh body wash.
