"This is a really superb hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and the views of Lucerne (including from the little balcony of our room) were incredible. Everything about our stay was great, including the friendly and helpful staff (who were very welcoming of our cockapoo dog who travelled with us). Being up on the hill (with easy access via a funicular lift) also makes the hotel feel very safe and private. While it's obviously not the cheapest hotel around, we thought it was very good value...
