"Well when I checked out they double billed my checking account for two separate amounts and I drove 9 hours back home and went to use my card and it was declined. I called them and spoke to a Matt at the front desk who checked me out and he denied the double charges of 742.45 and acted like he knew nothing about it. "We stopped in for a simple place to sleep on a fast drive toward Atlanta. We wanted low-priced place just south of Nashville. This was good for that. We are normally happy with something in the range of a Holiday Inn Express. By comparison, this feels like a newly-built college dorm. Spacious, clean, bright, bare bones. Front staff were extremely accommodating and the airport shuttle driver Bradley was most personalble. "Nice one-night stay, very reasonable rate. Clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. The hot breakfast was excellent, way beyond the continental variety. Only issue was a noisy AC fan that rattled when running, if I had spent more than one night I would have had to complain about it. The Wi-Fi signal was strong but had no internet connection, router needed to be reboot. Overall a refreshing option in the Nashville airport area, would definitely return here again."
