"Parking chaotic as it's not monitored for non-resident use and spaces are not clearly marked as reserved. Some rooms are only accessible by a tortuous set of narrow stairs not ideal for anyone but the fitest and most agile! Staff were excellent in helping find us an alternative room, however."

"Great location, close to York city center. Staff is amazing, especially Harper. She was efficient, organized, calm and friendly. Room was excellent; clean, updated and comfortable. Nice amenities. I would book again."

"It's a decent size, pretty clean well located hotel. The down side is that it is pretty much dated. The rooms definitely require a revamp , the heating (radiator) made a load noise once switched on and didn't fully work. The TV is old and has limited channels, the bed was of a good size but the mattress was worn! Parking: the parking is very tight , I had to get in through the passengers side! Breakfast, only half decent. "
