Absolutely fantastic hotel! I stayed here with my dog and it was such a pleasure to have everything prepared and a welcome kit that had specific dog friendly towels, outlined where he could go and even a sheet to lay on the bed to protect it. EXCELLENT breakfast, service, spa and pool! Highly recommended!

All the above except for parking as I did not hire a car. The hotel can get very noisy when a conference is held. Apart from that its a great place to stay and was convenient for my wife and I to stay visiting my family in and around Gothenburg. My own family will be staying with you next month in the name of Lyndon Green. A great place to be in the center of Gothenburg.

Considering the price and being a 4 star hotel it needs to renovate the bathrooms and clean a lot better or loose one star. Overall the stay was ok, but it fails to meet expectation regarding price and being a 4 star hotel, unfortunately. Other than that, nice staff, good breakfast with a good amount of allergy friendly food, easy check-in and out, super central at a walking distance to everything and quiet (did not hear anything from the outside, other rooms or hallway).

Easy access to transportation (train, bus, tram) and walking distance to shopping mall (Nordstan) and park (mini botanical garden). Excellent breakfast buffet. Excellent and friendly staff - special thanks to Paulina at check-in! Comfortable bed with four different size pillows. Ability to use Chromecast on the TV. If you are sensitive to noise, you may need to bring ear plugs as you can hear trams and trains and people outside.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location, 3 minutes walk to centre with shopping mall. Really enjoyed our stay here, staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out very easy. There was a safe space to leave luggage after checking-out which made exploring the city before our flight a breeze. Only criticism is that bath robes and slippers were only available to premium room bookings, which I found unusual. Even the most basic hotels offer this, despite this I would revisit this hotel again.

The property is right across the street from the central station, which is very convienent for travelers. Also the hotel appears to be retrofitted from an old office building which gives it a different type of design. Lots of food options in the hotel and plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. The pool is in a different part of the building, which you have to book time slots for and have to get access cards for. A bit confusing at times.

Tolles Hotel in altem Postgebäude, direkt am Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, die Zimmer sind trotz Bahnhofsnähe sehr ruhig, ÖPNV vor der Tür, Autos werden nicht benötigt. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip in diese spannende Stadt!
