"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. A shuttle runs about every 20 minutes. The property is beautiful. Rooms was beautiful, clean. Nice and warm (December). We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and the food was great (and the staff). Anna makes a great Omelet. Maitre d Tomas, great! One nighter before heading to Barcelona and it was worth it. One problem, water leaked through the shower door. We through several towels on floor to prevent a fall. Besides that, the hotel is great!"

"For a VIP hotel and us having reserved a junior suite, we were disappointed that only one 330ml tin of water was provided in our room. We had to purchase extra water. The next day, however, we were given 4 tins of water. Suggest bringing a flashlight or using the light on your phone when having dinner or drinks in the dimly lit restaurant-bar on the 23rd floor."

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location to walk and explore many areas, plus easy access to metro. Our room had a beautiful terrace to enjoy as well. While not a problem for us, important to note the elevator between reception and first floor is broken so you must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to access elevator to rest of hotel. "

"I can't say enough about the staff! I had an emergent issue that required a delivery of a power wheelchair prior to my arrival and my stress level was huge! I called and spoke with Noria(spelling?) And she immediately made me feel secure in the fact that they not only would receive this very expensive chair but store it securely pending my arrival! I was so comfortable as the staff notified me the chair arrived and was locked in the office! When we arrived to the hotel we received a warm greetings and the staff delivered my wheelchair to my room and helped unbox it and get rid of the trash! I really felt so taken care of! The whole stay was comfortable in all ways! All the front desk staff were warm and friendly as well as helpful with directions and arrangements for taxis! The cleaning staff did a great job and always had a smile! I would highly recomend this hotel to all my friends and clients in the future! "
