"Our room had a musty smell and they didn’t offer much as compensation. We liked the service and the beach. The staff at the beach worked super hard. Kirk at the main door was helpful with taxi’s etc. very friendly and worked hard. Prices for food were typical for a resort… pricey. The service overall was excellent. Everyone at the hotel worked very hard and efficiently. Maintenance and house keeping were quick and helpful. "

"Combined stay-in and dive experience was extremely convenient. Apartment was clean and well maintained along with pool patio. It is a rather quiet conveniently accessible from the airport east end of the island, which definitely offers a restful atmosphere in contrast to the George Town area. Staff was very professional and pleasant to interact with. Dive sites offered new elements of surprise with each one visited. It would be nice for the sandy beach in front of resort to be a bit more clear...

"The staff were so amazing! Everyone was fun to talk to and just super nice! Was clean everywhere but two things would be helpful. One would be the roosters be removed , although pretty and nice they were alarm clocks for when you didn’t want to be up yet. The 2nd would be the spa was so noisy you couldn’t enjoy the jets. The concierge was super with helping you get your trip planned for all your excursions, and front desk staff were awesome too! "
