"Check in was great; staff very helpful and friendly. Somehow my cell phone was tied to someone else, so we had a little hiccup at check in. The room was great, bed super comfy! Cons: None of the hardware in the bathroom had been installed yet, TP on the counter (no TP holder), no place for towels to hang or dry (no towel rods). The dial on the iron was broke. So trying to iron a blouse was interesting. Main concern was just a lock that spun on the connecting door to the next room. So we put some stuff in front of door and booby trapped it in case someone tried to get into our room while we were gone."

"Property is beautiful with over 7 horses and 2 large ponds, a pool, and gym with a sauna. I gave it 4 stars because the communication was not the best. I called several times before reaching the front desk to inquire about late check in. The room is also a bit deceiving compared to the pictures. This property is likely a small family owned ranch with less than 5 staff members so maintenance requires a lot of upkeep. I would recommend staying elsewhere if you're used to a more clean bug free environment. It would be almost impossible to keep bugs away from these small tiny homes/rooms. I think they did their best to upkeep the room but my room specifically sprayed water everywhere out of the main sink faucet. I didn't even try to request maintenance being that the hours are very limited and I was only there for a few days. Being able to check out the horses and such a nice quiet property is worth the price for the stay. I only saw 2 other people my entire stay. All in all, if you're low maintenance go with the flow kind of person I think you'll have a great stay. If you would be bothered by bugs, dust, or a few faulty appliances in the room, and/or require 24/7 service then I would recommend staying elsewhere"

"Bed was great, room was comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was great. The only thing that they need to work on is the breakfast. It was basically eggs and sausage and then sugary things like waffles and kids cereal. I was led to believe it was a full hot breakfast but just not alot of options. I booked the hotel on the hopes that I would get a full hot breakfast. Other than that, everything else was great. Please do better on your breakfast."
