"Paid &1800 up front. Traveling from Elko where I live. These people canceled on me because I didn’t answer my whine while driving. They wanted to have a conversation about what I was doing in town. They changed their mind because I have a 775 phone number. They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called them. So this left us with no place to stay and I had to wait 10 days for my money to be returned. It was an awful experience. "
