"Nice little getaway for our birthday. The location was great and room was a good size, just the bed was way too soft. My boyfriend usually loves soft beds but said this one was uncomfortable. I love form beds due to my back issues. By other than that, it was a lovely getaway at the hotel. "

"A little surprised about the noise factor in the Tuscany Tower Suite area. The door slamming next door was all night pretty much. Our sleeping area of the bed was situationed fairly close to our entry door. Perhaps soft close doors could be installed as a suggestion. "

"It was very nice and clean. Staff was eager to help and very polite.. what I didn't like was our television kept going out and was moved to another room the day before we were leaving and that room ended up with no heat. "

"The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. Enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains. The customer service was fantastic. My only complaint was that I had booked a room with a king size bed but ended up with a room that had 2 queen beds I think? Also the tub was very small but the overall bathroom was large.
