"I was surprised at how nice my room was in this older building. The view of Buckingham fountain and the lake was the best. I was able to watch navy pier fireworks. Just an absolute pleasure and I will return!!!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. The view was amazing. My one complaint is the elevator situation. To take an elevator down took us 30 minutes. We had no choice but to wait because of our luggage. There were 5 elevators but only came to take us down."
