"DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. The new keypad still had some quirkiness unlike typical keypads (sometimes it would take a few minutes...

"Quick weekend trip to Memphis. Excellent location between Midtown and Downtown. Clean and safe. Some gated parking. Outside area gated as eell so felt safe coming in late at night. Quiet with check out at 11 am so was able to come in late and still get rest. "

"This apartment is great for those who want a quieter place from the action, but still walkable to it. We had teens with us and it was perfect to have 2 bathrooms. It was clean enough. I wish they had a full length mirror in order to view your outfit before you venture out into the city. Close to the interstate highway, but never heard it inside the apartment."
