"The service in the office was great ! The rooms have plumbing issues and broken drawers in the rooms. My 12 year old son and I were sleeping and woke up to at least an inch of water all over the floor drenching our clothing and belongings. "Everything was good except for they put us on the third floor and the elevator did not go down from the third floor. The button on the third floor is broken. I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out. "
