"I rarely leave reviews. Check in was great, lovely on site team. There was a function happening across the street in a fairly residential area and the noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3am. Something out of the hotels control but the response from the management wasn't great. Great value for international travellers, not for locals"

"I stayed in January for 5 nights and my experience of staying at this hotel was not good. There was not hot water, despite my complaint the issue wasn't resolved. At times, elevators won't work and you had to bang on the door to keep them moving. The most frustrating part for me was the wifi connection which was VERY poor. I won't recommend this hotel if you have to do virtual meetings or have to respond to emails. I wouldn't staying at this hotel for USD 50 only. "

"The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. "Rude hotel staff, ac’s dont work. The power goes out for more then 10 minutes at a time, multiple times, luggage boy questioning wether my wife and i had a booking, what our room number was, and other unnecessary questions that did not concern anyone. "Amazing stay. Great central location and easy to find. There are two Faletti hotels in the area so make sure to ask for the right one. This one is opposite the Press Club. Convenient location with good food shops nearby! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even the Hotel Manager came and introduced himself to me :-) "
