"Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay."

"First, I must say how impressed I was with the staff. Prior to our stay, they checked in with me to see if I had any additional needs or questions. They held our luggage for us prior to check in, so we could begin exploring London. We had a garden apartment which was clean, quiet and a short walk to Hammersmith tube station. There were plenty of groceries, breakfast/coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Loved the location! This made for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation."

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they give you a nice little treat bag when you check in and check out. They don't come to clean the rooms and change the linens every day, which I appreciate- I have always thought that's excessive and wasteful.
