"The property is dated. It’s a three star compared to all inclusive in Mexico for example. The room layout was fine. Air conditioning was on constantly but couldn’t bring temperature below 22.5 on the thermostat. The sheets were moist with humidity. We were sweating inside the room. "This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business.
