"Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. They had allocated us a room away from the noise of the train station as requested. The room was clean with good amenities. The beds were comfortable and a fridge in the room was a bonus. "
"This is an outstanding luxury hotel that is modern and meticulously maintained. On top of that, it is filled with Beatles memorabilia as the name suggests. It is right around the corner from the Cavern Club so a great place to hear local music."
"I felt like the hotel could have done with a revamp . Although some areas like the restaurant and bar area were good some areas needed attention like the floor boards upstairs creaking when walked on . Bedrooms were clean but bathrooms need updating . If you’re not expecting much then this is the place to stay . Food was delicious morning and night and the staff are very friendly and willing to help but seriously it does need decor bringing up to date "
