"Hello. This is a beautiful hotel close to shopping, restaurants and Table Mountain. Our heat didn't work in our room and they offered to put us in another room but we were happily settled in our room and agreed to wait and it was fixed when we returned from our excursion. We loved the breakfast and the staff was wonderful to us. If something is wrong, please be courteous/patient and let the staff know. They care and will make every effort to resolve your problem. "We had a room on the top floor with a great view of the mountains and the waterfront. The room was big and had a dining table. Bed was comfortable, shower was big. Very convenient for checking out V&A waterfront and catching the ferry to Robben island. Parking is not included but is cheap.
