"I found the property excellent value for money. With friendly and polite staff members throughout the hotel.
There were some very small niggles. The USB plugs for phone charging did not work. As was the case with the electric razor plug point.
However, these were very minor points and did no detract from the enjoyment of my stay. I would definitely stay at this property in the future."
"Great hotel in a lovely area close to the arena at the docks so very handy for the town centre and all the docks attractions. The only faults were that some of the stairwell carpets were rather worn and scruffy and the hotel staff need to ensure that everything g in the room (TV and air conditioning ) work correctly.
