Staff was kind and helpful. We did have a plumbing issue in our room. But staff attended to it immediately and fixed it. Proximity to the Piedra del Peñol couldn’t be better. It’s a bit outside Guatape, but readily accessible via Tuk-Tuk. "

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. El Peñol Rock is within walking distance—just be cautious of traffic along the road. Once there, you can access the site via the staircase entrance. We were able to run from the hotel to the rock a couple of times with no issues. If you’re driving, the hotel offers plenty of parking. Guatapé is about 4 kilometers away, or roughly a 5-minute drive. "

"The room was great although the jacuzzi water was cold most of the time. The food was amazing from the restaurant. We didn't have much options as the hotel is in an isolated area unless you have a car to get around which we didn't. It was very relaxing. Beautiful views and amazing weather. "

"What a great experience, gorgeous property offering an experience that's truly unique in the middle of nature. Best shower of my life in the outside in the sunlight lol. The tents get cold at night and there is no heater, just heated blankets in the bed. There were nights where we were really cold and there was nothing we could do about it. Bring socks and sweatshirts and sweatpants and you might be good. The food in the restaurant is delicious and so beautifully presented, the food is a 5/5 including the in-room breakfast. "
