"The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and kind. For what we paid I’d expect better mattresses, they were old and droopy where people had slept on them for years."

"Great location for skiing. Easy walk to the ski lifts! Bummer is there is no free breakfast or coffee / juices. The water did not get hot enough at times. Bed was very uncomfortable. For the price and location it’s a cozy stay. Hot tub was very nice. "

"Heard lots of bad things about the property, I did not experience any of the bad. The stay was about average, nothing stood out as " wow/amazing" stay. I would recommend, but I would probably stay elsewhere next time. The staff was friendly and not overbearing, although I did call a few weeks in advance of my trip and spoke to front desk employee, who told me each room coming with "free" parking, that's not at all true, parking is $30 a day. "

"This is not a chain hotel. It is a little mom and pop kind of place. The rooms were plenty satisfactory, and the staff were really helpful. We had no issues with our stay and paid about 1/3 or less of what we would closer to the slopes. We liked it enough, we rebooked for a couple weeks from now. "
