"Staff, weather it's housekeeping or front desk are super nice. It's very clean. For those who want to sleep in after 8 am, and are light sleepers, there may be an issue of construction noise. For me the noise never woke me up. Once up, it was slight inconvenience. There are two very nice restaurants on the property. One is owned by the hotel, is at the 27th floor. Other one is at lobby floor. The one on Lobby floor is a Halal restaurant serving, Middle Eastern and Indo Pak menu. I tried it and found to be excellent "

If you are planning to visit Korea, it gives you everything. Easy access to subway and shopping all under one roof. I must say it was a very good decision that we took to stay here as it was our first vacation in Korea. "

The only suggestion for improvement is that they should probably include information on the availability of coin operated laundry service at the 6th floor. We were not aware of its existence at all until the last morning of our stay."
