"Hotels without anyone on-site are great until something goes wrong. We had trouble activating our electronic key on our first day there, and the key inactivated on its own the second day. To Anegang's credit, we were easily able to contact the person on call, but each time it took about 20-30 minutes to get the problem taken care of, during which time we were locked out of the building. "The apartment is in an excellent location surrounded by boutique shops, cafe’s and restaurants there is loads within a short walk. The apartment is a good size with nice living room and large bathroom. They provide us a cot for the baby and were great communicating with us. Apartment could probably do with a lick of paint and a few touches like a shelf in the shower and a few more bits in the kitchen but otherwise good. Overall all a really pleasant stay! "

"We loved this apartment in Haarlem. A great location in the city. So many things to see and restaurants. Easy access to bus and trains. I didn't want to sty in Amsterdam becasue its more expensive for less and it can be loud. This place was quiet and had everything we needed.
