"Everything was as advertised! There are 3 BR's with private baths which was very convenient. The property was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had everything needed for a small group or family stay!"

"Our long weekend in Orange was very enjoyable! This home has a great backyard with pool and hot tub! We loved the hot tub!!! The home is spacious and clean. Stayed here with my two sisters. There is an issue with the queen size bed- very squeaky and way too soft- my sister that had that room , moved over to the bunk room instead. Dishwasher top rack needs t be fixed, but otherwise works fine. We were only here for about 3 nights , so was not much of an issue for us. Location is fabulous, close...

"Awesome home!!! We had 9 people and knew a hotel would be tight so we decided to stay in an Vrbo instead. This home has 3 king beds and one queen. The queen bedroom was more separate from the other 3 bedrooms so my husband and I decided to take that bed and had all the kids in the king bedrooms. 3 of my younger kids fit in one king bed comfortably. The bathroom by the king bedrooms was the nicer of the two and had hotter water in the shower. The hot tub was so nice to be able to get in after a...

"The overall experience was good. Only a couple of things that could have been better. 1. The house layout was weird. 2. The were components of the house that were dated. Like I said, overall communication with host was great and proximity to Disney was excellent. Universal Studios was a trek in bad traffic to get to. Not a terrible drive to Huntington Beach either. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. None of the items missing were a huge deal, but would have been nice to have. Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and...

"Property was as advertised. Had an awesome time in the pool and hot tub when we weren’t at the Disney parks. Host was easily accessible through text or email. Would recommend! "

"No complaints at all. The house was big, beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms were big with comfy beds, everyone fit comfortably. There is the pool which we didn’t use much as it was chilly out and didn’t want to pay the extra fee to heat it up, which was a bummer. But in the summer months I bet it would be great! We booked a family trip to Disney, which was about a 10min drive or less which was the best to get back quick after a long day of fun....

"The property, house & back yard are very pristine & well taken care of. We did experience some ants in the back yard but other than that kids loved the pool, it was a hit & adults loved the Jacuzzi. "Yes, the location is absolutely amazing but there’s much more that made this stay wonderful. The complex is lovely, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked. The unit was very clean. Tons of toys for the kiddos. The hosts kept us informed of what we needed to know. It was all excellent! I would note the fold out couch is not great to sleep on as an adult, which the hosts told us, but our plan was to use it and use it we did and that adult survived! We would stay here...

"The house was clean, roomy and would be an amazing place for multi-family to use. The bunk rooms had plenty of room, close proximity to Disney, and a nice back yard area with pool! "
