"Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English. Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay. Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat. "
