"Bed was comfortable. The staff incredibly accommodating. Gave maps with clear walking instructions to famous markets, samurai streets, Kenrokuen garden and Kanazawa Castle. This while next to modern shopping. It is an excellent location. "
"The hotel is a short walk from the train station, very convenient. When I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the lobby. The staff was very friendly & attentive. The room was on the 28th floor, with an excellent view of the city. It was very spacious, with great facilities. I had dinner at the Garden House & the buffet was amazing. If I ever get back to Kanazawa again, I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!"
"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Kanazawa. The room was compact but thoughtfully laid out, convenient, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was especially good, with lots of Japanese foods, esepcially local specialties. Staff were excellent and helpful."
