I felt unsafe in my room. Some entrance doors weren't working properly and my room door only had the main lock. It didn't have a deadbolt or another type of lock to keep the cleaning people out if they tried to come in. As a solo traveller, I didn't sleep well, thinking someone may or may not come in.

I stayed one night before flying out of the nearby airport. Good restaurant open late. Active place, desk staff was hopping, they know their stuff. Breakfast was light, all i had was a bagel and coffee but there is a variety offered. Amicable atmosphere all around.

The check in went as normal, but when I arrived to my room, bathroom was not the cleanest but the biggest concern was the noise I was awakened at 1 AM to 3 AM with drunk people yelling and screaming, and nothing was done About it. When we checked out early morning, we can see all beer, cans, and smell of cigarette smoke next to the door leading in and out of the building As I checked out, I told the gentleman at the front desk. He didn’t seem too lcare. I was so tired and pissed off. I just had to leave and catch my flight.

We love staying here when travelling to take advantage of the long term parking, shuttle service, and included breakfast. Could use some renovations, and cleaning staff woke us up with loud talking outside our room at 8am. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Hope they will continue with these services as the switch back to being independent.

The hotel has a dated (70s to 80s) feel. Loud fan in the bathroom, for example, and repaired chips in the bathtub. Room heater is quite loud. Comfy beds though. I also didn't like going downstairs from the lobby to my room. Included breakfast was adequate but not great.
