"The outdoor pool on the first floor at the second building is a quite dangerous with the level of steep steps instead of stairs. I fell a few times trying to find where the next step is. Also in the pool made out of the little stone is sharp, my knee got scraped on it and I was hurt and was bleeding. "

"The food at Akoya is much better than that of Indochine (with the exception of breakfast). The pool is excellent, and the resort is clean and well managed. The neighboring beach is not (as it is public). The music is loud, there is constantly a large number of people there, and the beach itself is dirty. Besides that, it was a great stay."

"No complaints about the hotel, except English lacking. My complaint was that I booked an extra room for my fiance's parents. When we arrived, we told the desk that unfortunately her parents were ill and couldn't make it. We asked for a refund, and was told NO. We asked if we could have the credit applied to our meals, and they said NO. So, it was not a nice goodwill gesture on their part. For this reason, I would NOT recommend the hotel."

"If you are thinking of staying here please don’t. It is a terrible hotel and not like what it is advertised on Wotif. Staff very unhelpful, booked in advance but had no record of our stay, dirty linen, and general uncleanliness inside and out. Checked in and out on same day. Went to another hotel around the corner and was much better, cleaner, staff very friendly and helpful. I will never recommend this hotel."
