"The hotel is well located, with incredible views from our room. The food was good, and the room was clean and well maintained albeit v dated. Disappointed that it wasn’t the greatest dog friendly hotel ever. Dogs not allowed at breakfast, and nothing specific provided (like a bed or bowls etc.) That said, I would stay again for th3 location in Malvern, which is such a beautiful place "

Coffee bags and tea avaliable (biscuits would've been nice). Breakfast was excellent and made to order. Sharing the table with other guests could take some getting use to though, but i am an introvert. I look forward to staying again. "

"The Abbey is stunning, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The room called the Refectory was lovely. The Bar really lets the place down, it looks like an early 90’s conference area, completely out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. The room we had was disappointing, it was a Superior with Feature. It said it had living space, but it was a separate room with a bed in it and nothing else. The main room had way to much furniture in it, which left only the space round the bed. It was silly...

Restaurant and bar area, including outdoor dining space also very nice and make the most of the old converted water mill building. Did not eat on this occasion but did a few months ago but from what I saw, nothing has changed and it would not disappoint. All in all will definitely return either to stay or just to dine."

"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."
