"Nestled in a quiet valley, the loudest noise is the babbling brook. The large balcony is perfect for reading or enjoying a cuppa or drink. The living area is large, bright and breezy with the kitchen well stocked with essential utensils to make the most of the best stove range, with the cleanup made easy via a dishwasher. The bed is cofortable, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The little things were also catered for, with shaver/sewing kit. I couldn't think of anything that was lacking"

"We were so pleased to find this house. It had everything we needed for ourselves and 3 dogs. It was close to our Agility trial at Dogs NSW in Orchard Hills, so very convenient. The house is older, but we were so pleased when we walked in the door and there were no unpleasant odours. The bathroom is small, but is spotlessly clean. We felt right at home, and our dogs loved the big yard. Thank you so much for sharing your house."

"Such a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. Really well equipped and great condition. Communications were easy and thorough, making everything nice and smooth. "

"Everything was neat and clean. Lots of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Enough rooms and beds for our three kids to have a room each. Lovely bathrooms. Fantastic location. "

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. Thank you, Sim, for being so responsive before and during our trip and helping us out when we got stuck with a few things. All in all, it was a really nice place to...

"The house was exactly what we wanted, and the Property Manager was very helpful. The house is so quiet, as is the surrounding area. The outside patio was great to sit and listen to the birds, and just relax. Our bedrooms were lovely. I can't fault the house, and would happily stay there again."

"My family and I (group of 5) stayed here for 2 nights and we did not want to leave. This property was phenomenal and the views are gorgeous and better in person compared to the photos. The place was clean, beds were sumptuous, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with anything you could need. We loved the coffee machine here, which had a milk frother. There are some board games and a few books on site to enjoy, along with a big screen TV.There is secured gate and ample parking space...

"We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay. "

Contact with Sophia was excellent too, timely responses to every enquiry.Plenty of opportunities in the local area to keep teenagers entertained also, in particular abseiling and canyoning at high and wild"

"A fantastic location to stay at, to explore the Blue Mountains. Provided with great info before the stay, so it was easy to change over the gas bottle when it ran out. Check in was simple. House was clean. Top bedroom wasn't fully enclosed for sound but was still private. Had a few possums visit at night, which were quite noisy. Lovely sunroom to sit in and enjoy watching the weather."

"Perfect location, tranquil and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle and close to all local amenities. The cottage was very comfortable, clean and felt like home away from home. Pet friendly. The owners are very nice people and very accommodating. We have now found accommodation to stay in when travelling from Qld and will be visiting again soon."
