"As always accomodation was great, staff are friendly, pools and spa are fantastic for a relaxing day and tram at door, bus on corner and walking distance to caville, one block from beach and still has nice views. "Check in was difficult. We arrived after hrs, no issues getting keys but room was set up for 4 people, and not 5 as per the booking. The car park allocated could not be found. Eventually sorted out but not exactly smooth. Other than that the place was great!"
