"The only issue I had with the room was the amenities I needed and that can primarily be the website. I am disabled and I usually find out that after making the reservation I should call the hotel. I am always traveling with my daughter and grandson. We need 2 queen size beds, a walk in shower and a room close to the lobby. We were booked on the 3rd floor, a distance from the elevator and a bathtub. I wasn't able to take a shower and even though I checked off for mobility, the toilet area...
