I was traveling with a group of friends and needed to place to stay to relax and unwind after a 9 hr drive before boarding a cruise the next day. The deck with pool and hottub was the perfect hangout spot and there was plenty of room in the house for All 5 of us to have our own space"

"We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family. "

"Place was clean and the view of the ocean was awesome! There was so much space and our family of four loved our stay there and would book again! The only suggestion I have is maybe have some paper towels or wash cloths/sponges in the kitchen to tidy up. I had to bring back extra napkins from a restaurant to wipe things down. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some things that threw off the experience were the shower was difficult to operate, the bed was quite uncomfortable due to the support slats coming out of place that we did not notice till the end of the trip, the stove top was a real pain to operate and figure out, and lastly the dish washer definitely did not work. The sum of many little things gets irritating when you are staying somewhere for a week. Could use some improvement or upgrades. The pool only had two...

"Wonderful for our family of 4. Our kids LOVED the activities offered at the hotel -- pool was amazing. Good food. Tennis clinics each morning were so fun for my husband and I. Location in the hotel was great and easy to get to everything. The two cots worked great. We will be back!"
