"The staff preparing the pizzas were not wearing gloves during the pizza prep. Bare hands reaching into the containers grabbing cheese and toppings turned us off from ordering. We were also told that the bar couldnt make a pina colada due to no cocunut based liquers. The buffet was very nice and our room was clean. Front desk and shuttle service was very accomidating."

"We love this lodge and come here a few times a year. My kids love swimming in the pool and my husband and i love watching from the spa or sweating it out in the sauna. The breakfast is good and rooms are comfy. "

"My boyfriend and our two small dogs enjoyed everything about our Fall weekend stay. It was the perfect 41st birthday celebration getaway. The cabin was incredibly welcoming for both us and the pups (complete with dog bowls, spare leashes, and even puppy treats). We cooked breakfasts and dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed our meals in the window surrounded nook. We made coffee and visited the hot springs RIGHT down the road early one morning before breakfast. We sat on the deck at sunset with a fire crackling in the chiminea then moved inside to the wood burning stove and played a few round of darts before watching a movie. The bed was incredibly comfy (tho we baked the first night not realizing the heater UNDER the bed was on lol) and the rain shower head in the bathroom is such a lovely touch. We loved the fact that it felt so private yet not completely remote. I could go on and on... It honestly could not have been more perfect."
