"Tammy and Mark are truly great host. They live next door and are always available to fix any issue right away. The guest house is great for a couple and even has a nice Murphy bed for guest. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, as is the outdoor kitchen and outdoor eating areas. We stayed from the end of November through early January and it was beginning to feel like home. I would highly recommend this VRBO, as it has everything you need."

"My plane was extremely late arriving in Austin. I arrived at the property at midnight and Raymond the host greeted me and even carried my luggage to my room. Upon entering the room it looked beautifully decorated and as the listings portrayed. Also the host had left a fruit bowl with apples, tangerines, and grapes. Also English muffins, butter and Nutella. I love everything about this property including onsite parking. I enjoyed the library of unusual books, Koi pond and the unique landscaping....

"We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin."

"We had a great time, cabin is beautiful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, away from town just far enough to feel secluded, but easily close enough to be in the middle of Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. Hot tub and full size washer and dryer are nice touches. Place feels laid-back and welcoming, would recommend! "
