"Wonderfully appointed rooms. Great service and friendly staff. Walking distance to several restaurants and downtown attractions. The only drawback was that there is a music venue close by so it was loud weekend nights if your room overlooked the pool area."

"It was an older property, it was the "off season" and our overnight stay was for one night. That being said, I cannot say much. But what I did experience was well above my expectations. It was remarkably clean and well maintained, and the interactions with the staff was great. The next time I need a place to stay in the area, they are at the top of my list. "

"Such a quaint getaway. Not super close to the hustle and bustle but a less than 10 minute walk from sixth Street and many main Austin attractions. Lots of food stalls around and lively night crowd, but still peaceful enough to get a good nights rest. The room wasn’t bougie, but it got the job done and was very clean. Would highly recommend if you want to spend the extra dollar to be able to park your car($45 valet) for the days that you’re there and walk to your destinations"

"First time and upgraded to suite. The bathroom is as pictured. I only wish there were more amenities in a $500/night room like a robe, slippers and more vanity items- like no body lotion and only 1 bar soap! There should be more in the room than the standard. But in all I did enjoy my stay immemsely!"

"The bathroom still had someone else's pubes in the shower. The rest of the room was clean, but smelled of a strong men's cologne. The AC unit in our room rattled loudly and wouldn't blow cold air, only the fan air. The building as a whole was pretty clean and seems well maintained and looks appealing. "

"Staff was generally friendly. Wanted to use the pool but it wasn’t heated like advertised and was too cold. Had breakfast at the restaurant and the 1 person working did not pay attention to our order or what we were saying and kept bringing us the wrong stuff. There was only 3 people total in the restaurant at the time. Parking lot needs work, lots of holes. The beds were not very comfortable, my back is hurting quite a bit after this stay. "I thought the reno was imaginative and the people who worked there very nice but the large encampment of unhomed people felt very comfortable strolling the property. My husband thought it felt shabby."
