We are a family of 5...with 3 young adult children so we were a little worried how we would cope altogether in one space. However, the design of the Grand Japanese room was excellent and accommodated all our needs. Staff were lovely also...and provided some great recommendations for places to eat nearby...

Our stay here was lovely. The area the hotel is located in is fantastic. So many dining options and great connection to transport (the Hibiya line is a 2 minute walk away), as well as several conscience stores located within a short walking distance. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The beds and pillows, however, are a little uncomfortable.

This couldn't have gone any better - don't hesitate! Spacious, clean, free in-room laundry, kitchen w/ bowls/plates/etc. Location is perfect: easy walk to tons of shopping and dining - even a park/museum area and Zoo (Ueno). Also very easy walk to most touristy train (Yamanote) and a few others....you can get anywhere. We'll be staying here again next time without a doubt.
