"This resort stay was top of the line. I loved my entire experience staying here. My only regret is not staying for longer. My butlers name was Isaias he was such a kind, attentive and amazing person, I give him 10 stars! He provided us with the best service you could ask for. The staff throughout the resort were fantastic as-well, the bartenders the chefs the waiters were all amazing and so kind! This resort was beautiful everywhere you looked you had amazing views, like the beach, pool and the beautiful palm trees through the resort. Our room was cleaned everyday and looked amazing and sanitary. The food was amazing wether you were eating at the main buffet or the restaurants. My favorite was the Japanese restaurant, 10/10 it was delicious I went twice during my stay. I loved that fried ice cream! Thank you majestic for a wonderful and beautiful stay! I will most certainly be coming back and I hope to get Isaias as a butler again because he was truly the best! Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay majestic!"

My only concern is that the buildings areas must have a more detail attention to maintenance as we noticed the rusting around the buildings more than the last time we were here.
