"It was a great house. Close to front street and the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be have the door code ahead of time, so that you wouldn't have to stop at the property management office before going to the house. "

"We seemed to probably be one of the first people to rent at this location so I believe they will do a better job in the future. The listing clearly stated there was an operational pool which was very important to us. We were traveling with a child and this was important for them. When we arrived the pool was not operational. It wasn’t even done being built. Having to listen to construction throughout the day and step over power tools to use the dock wasn’t fun either. The location is brand new construction so it’s still a bit dusty and needs a deep clean but it wasn’t too bad. Someone from property management entered the rented location without letting us know and did so after we had left for lunch. This did make us feel uncomfortable not having any notification that they were doing this. The location is beautiful though. They just need to complete the pool so their description is accurate. We wouldn’t have rented here if we knew the pool was t even done being built yet. They did update their listing after we said something to VRBO. VRBO was of no help whatsoever. They claimed they were going to follow up with us and we just never heard back from them so we were stuck with this rental and couldn’t find another location with an accurate listing. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The bungalow was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The host made sure that we had everything we needed, and then some, for our stay which really made us feel more at home. It is located in a BEAUTIFUL part of Georgetown - Live Oak lined streets and historic houses all around! All of the shopping and dinning of Front St was just minutes away. It made for a very memorable anniversary trip! "

"Amongst the top experiences I've ever had staying someplace while traveling. Stumbled across Baxter's and chose it for it's location which worked for my long distance bicycle tour. Little did I know that it was going to be a great experience along with the location. Small place with REAL personality. Baxter is funny, relatable, and so easy to talk to. The beer is excellent and available. Really worth a visit, just because. "
