"The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!"

"I absolutely loved that it was walking distance to town . The property inside was beautiful every room was unique in its own way . The sauna and red light room was so relaxing especially after a long walk in the winter month . Breakfasts in the morning was fresh they made sure that we were all done before they closed the buffet . Fresh food was served when we came . Couldn’t ask for a better in this city."

"My daughter and I loved our stay in this hotel. Great location, a few tram stops from the main station, quiet at night although located in the central. The receptionist was nice and helpful .Breakfast was amazing too. Junior suite was spacious and had a nice view of the river. It would be better if there were more staff at breakfast."
