"Excellent location. Centrally located between theatre Royal carpark and the hoe. 5 minute walk either direction. Check-in details weren't provided until after 3pm so don't panic when you don't have them in the morning. Generally all clean and tidy.
Unfortunately had a terrible night's sleep due to the room being so warm, noise outside as it's right on the busy main road, all internal doors have strong closers so doors continually banging throughout the night as other guests came and when (including accessing the kitchen area). Whilst the location was perfect and price good, I wouldn't stay again. "
"Easy for a night at the theatre. Good value, excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Limited parking but multi storage about 100 yards down road. Cheaper than roadside for 24hour if no spaces at hotel."
"Didn't like repeated auto emails asking for self check in and credit card details for incidentals.
Didn't like silly health and safety window locks that didn't allow airflow into room. Fans are not at all adequate on hot days. I wonder where health and safety stands if one faints due to the heat on hot days or the risk or access if there is a fire.
I did like that reception staff was very helpful to find me another room on the cooler side of the building.
TVs need upgrading to Smart TVs. "

Special shout out to Olivia who did a tremendous job at breakfast, the dining room was packed with guests and it overflowed into the lounge bar too! They were working with skeleton staff and everyone came down to eat at the same time, however, she did a fantastic job … well done Olivia!"
