"I booked a two-night stay on short notice. The young man at the front desk was pleasant & efficient when I arrived. The room was clean & well-appointed with a single king bed. My only reasons for deducting one point is that the towels weren't supposed to be changed out except after three days.There is a small sign on the bathroom mirror at the lower left hand corner stating this. I also had the "do not disturb" door hanger out while I was away from the hotel but the room was entered anyway to change out the towels. I always make up my bed when I arise so that wasn't the point of entering the room. The second reason for 9-points is that while my room was at the elevator which was a noisy area, the large laundry bins were left in the alcove in front of my door. I could still enter/exit my room with considerable room to spare though. I will definitely stay at this location again. It was a pleasure & everyone was nice."

"King bed needs updating. Medium firm bed that wasn't uncomfortable, probably 20 years old though. Walls weren't thin but were not thick. I used ear plugs to sleep, never use them at home. Breakfast did not stay stocked, had to request most items since majority of breakfast items were unavailable."
