"We had a an amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We arrived at 8am from our long haul flight, they gave us an early check in of 8.30am. We were so grateful. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really good. We got breakfast delivered each morning and it was yum. The blackout curtain was awesome. We were also given a late check out for leaving as well. Pool was warm and had another great view. Very close to the metro, there is a small mall across the way and...

"It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway."

"Loved the shoe cleaner, the water dispenser housekeeping staff and the restaurant. The shuttle is great although the driver does t not engage with the guest. The concierge and bellman were also excellent the day I arrive and left. The shuttle is super convenient. The hotels is located in the mid levels and there is access to everything you can imagine you just need to walk down and talk the escalators back up. But you can go down for miles so wear comfortable walking shoes. "
