"Great new hotel... not too pushy with the time share offer, which was a welcome relief, very helpful and attentive staff, and best feature of all was the toilets (youll see what I mean if you stay here!). Fantastic pool and facilities on the 8th floor, and a perfect place to watch the Friday fireworks. Great central location, close to shop and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!"

"This is my go to hotel when I am in Hawaii. 4th time this year for business and 3 of the 4 times were at this hotel. Love the location, amenities, and staff. Especially Mel from the housekeeping team. Took great care of us and always provided a friendly smile and making sure we were taken care of while staying there. Cant wait to see the renovations to the room. I will be back!"

"The Property in as of itself is Great!! All the staff and amenities were great. The problem I had with this reservation was the room I was in. I did not realize (my mistake) that the "by LSI" part was a privately owned room within the hotel complex. I had previously stayed at the Ala Moana Hotel and loved it. I jumped at the chance to stay here again at a much better rate. The problem was with the room I was assigned at check-in. When I entered the room there was a distinctive "musty or moldy"...
