I had a last-minute change of plans and booked a same-day reservation, which worked out great. While the facilities are a bit older, they were well-maintained and very clean. The staffs were incredibly friendly, and the location was convenient with an ABC Store nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

How this hotel got the rating of 3.5 stars is so unclear to me and the fact that I had to pay a resort fee when there were zero resort amenities is crazy! The hotel listed they had parking but the parking consisted of 5 parking spots that were already taken. They have a pool but the pool was black and I did not see any guests using it. The hotel is undergoing renovation and they put me in a room right between 2 rooms that were being worked on, the noise from the street was so loud it sounded like we had our windows open. All I can say was that the location of this hotel was the only redeeming quality a 2 block walk to Ala Moana park and mall was very nice!!

We really appreciated the welcoming staff & drinks on arrival after a delayed travel day. They really helped set the mood for a great stay. The location is close to ABC Stores & great restaurant options. This hotel provided real coffee mugs and glassware in our room…a small touch but very nice! We will be back! Aloha!

Awesome! Staff was excellent offering dinner recommendations (walkable, reasonably priced, excellent choices- signature happy hour,, food market, yogurstory -excellent breakfast!!! When checking in I found out this hotel is one of the last few family-owned hotels in honolulu! Rene at the front desk is delightful and so accommodating. Open air bar\lounge\coffee\pool area is where guests relax and chat. Loved the location. ABC superette less than a block away. Beach&marina 2 blocks away. Highly recommend. I booked thru expedia, maybe call directly for a better rate? Jan 2024

The staff at the hotel was so very helpful in recommendations for dining. Never steered us wrong. Kollett advised us on using the local bus system to travel to Pearl Harbor. We saved so much money over an Uber. The rooms were nice. Plenty of counter space in the room, not so much in the bathroom. The chairs at the table in the room were very uncomfortable. The lighting was too dim for me. We had to wait almost ten minutes to get hot water to either the sink or shower.

Property looked run down and old. Thin walls made it difficult to sleep. It’s located on a busy street so we can hear the traffic and delivery trucks all night. Staff was friendly. No microwave was a bummer. Would not stay again.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Lovely staff. Ben (the bartender) was super helpful and gave me so much advice as a first time Oahu visitor. I was about 1.5 hours early to the hotel, and Linda, the receptionist, was able to check me in and get me a room. Even met Mike, the owner, who was super friendly! Not a single complaint so far.
